How exciting to be going to Paris! Hope you both have the best time. I will be the one with FOMO at the weekend when you’re all at BlogOn. Unfortunately it’s not a good time for me as I would have loved to see you again.
In autumn I have two birthdays, two half marathons, a panto and a return to sport to look forward to. Just don’t mention the cold or dark!

Things to look forward to as we move into autumn: “first frosts, stunning sunsets, crunchy leaves, the most incredible colours” — yes to all of those. I’ll skip the glass of Prosecco, and pour myself a glass of port.
Not forgetting… casseroles!

I was very surprised to wake up on Saturday morning to find that my snow-loving husband had started our wood stove! (Usually he waits until my lips turn blue.) Of course, by mid afternoon it had warmed up outside so much that we were all sweating, but for a few hours it felt like fall. It’s my favorite season, but for some reason, this year I don’t want it to arrive just yet… perhaps I need to start thinking about those positive things or events a bit more…xo Nipa

Love this post Suzanne, I’m a huge fan of Autumn and cosy evenings indoors especially! We’ve just had a weekend of dreadful weather here, and it’s been lovely actually, to sit curled up on the sofa and listen to the wind howl around outside. We went to Paris last year as part of our French road trip, it was amazing, but we were only in the actual city for a day so we just did the whistle stop tourist stuff. I hope you enjoy the conference, I’d love to get the chance to go to a blogging conference some day too. xx
